Using the example of successfully energy-efficiently renovated monuments such as

-Mathildenhöhe in Darmstadt,

-the town hall in Gotha,

-practical test at Trausnitz Castle in Landshut

the numerous possibilities of energy-efficient refurbishment with lime thermal insulation plasters will be demonstrated. This presentation will look at how the insulating plaster works and the system structure as insulation for inside and outside. It will also shed light on What can insulating plaster do - advantages and areas of application as well as insulating plaster on masonry exposed to salt and moisture.
