This presentation will cover the activities of the Digitization Team, whose primary task is to collect field data for the comprehensive documentation of heritage sites. The team employs advanced technologies, such as laser scanning, ground and aerial photogrammetry, geodetic measurements, and photographic documentation, including 360-degree panoramas and drone video recordings.

Beschreibung

The presentation will walk through the various stages of creating this documentation—from data collection in the field and data processing, to reconstructing point clouds and generating visual 3D models. The final materials are then made available on the portal run by the National Institute of Cultural Heritage of Poland, zabytek.pl, where they are supplemented with digitized archival data.
