The International Heritage Centre is dedicated to heritage research, teaching and mediation and strives for cooperation with urban, regional and international partners.
The central research interest of the Chair of Heritage Conservation and Building History is the significance and function of historical buildings and the history of building for contemporary society.
The Professorships of Building Physics and Building Chemistry and Polymeric Materials offer Master's courses in ‘Building Physics and Energy Optimisation in Buildings’ and ‘Methods and Materials for User-Oriented Building Renovation’ (focus on building renovation, concrete maintenance, acoustics, sound, moisture and heat insulation).
The Chair of Construction Management and Construction Processes presents the degree programmes ‘Construction Project Management (MBA)’ and ‘Management [Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure]’ (qualification of specialists for existing construction projects).
